Pastor Shi was born in Kaifeng, Henan Province. He graduated from Beijing Forestry University, majoring in College of Materials Science and Technology. He was called to serve the Lord full-time while studying at Mississippi State University. From 2011-2015, he received his theological training at Calvary Theological Seminary in Missouri, and has been serving at the Chinese Christian Church in Jackson, Mississippi, since 2015, where he is currently the pastor. Pastor Shi and his wife have one son and one daughter, which they homeschool.

出生于河南开封。毕业于北京林业大学材料科学与技术学院。就读于美国密西西比州立大学期间信主，并蒙召全职事奉主。于2011-2015年在密苏里州 Calvary Theological Seminary接受神学装备。2015年至今在密西西比州杰克逊华人基督教会事奉，现担任该教会牧师。时牧师与妻子育一儿一女，进行在家教育。
