We are Volunteers
Pioneers for the Next Generations is run solely by volunteers from local small churches in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and New Mexico. We have no staff members and no administrative cost. The volunteers work together remotely throughout the year to prepare for each year's annual conference and ministry events. Many of the pastors in these areas are also serving in this ministry as volunteers.
Why Give?
God has been faithful to have provided for all of our financial needs through offerings in each of the past 15 years. As the ministry grows, additional funding is necessary to support various ministry programs that coincides with the growth. In our events, we subsidize a portion of the the expenses for college students, seminary students, pastors, and various ministry servants.
We are Growing
Pioneers for the Next Generation has set a goal to influence God's people towards God's will. We have a vision to allocate a portion of our funding as scholarships to support church planters, missionaries, and seminary students. We also provide quarterly spiritual growth meetings to better equip volunteers who are participating actively in our ministry programs.

A Pioneers Partner is someone who shares our cause and goals (i.e. to influence Christians into active ministry and to raise next Generation of ministry leaders. Partners are a key backbone of this ministry's financial support, providing a stable financial base that helps volunteer coordinators plan and expand the ministry efforts.
To be a Pioneers Partner, a minimum $1000 annual donation is requested.
